Amethyst是紫水晶
正如其名 也如同曲調所表現的
清澈 高潔 典雅 隆重 莊嚴

原本是YOSHIKI在X Japan時期的交響樂作品
不 應該說現在這首才是YOSHIKI所寫的原曲
但由於HIDE跟YOSHIKI說他聽煩了每次演唱會開場的Prologue
於是YOSHIKI將這首Amethyst改成交響樂版
就是大家所熟知的Amethyst了

X Japan解散已經八年半了
團長兼鼓手兼鋼琴手的YOSHIKI在去年另組新團---Violet UK
他將這首從未發表的歌唱版的Amethyst原曲發表出來

初次聽到這首歌時
感動了很久
Daughter那高亢的嗓音將這首歌詮釋得很好
帶著幾近完美詩意的歌詞 如神話般的淒美浪漫曲調
X Japan的影子剎那間若隱若現

不得不讚嘆YOSHIKI是個天才
經過這麼久 他的音樂依然是這麼扣人心弦

..Endless Rain..Art of Life..Rusty Nail..紅..Dahlia..等等
每次聽到都有一樣的感覺 唯一的遺憾是我在他們解散後才開始接觸到X Japan
開始感動時 他們卻早已是歷史
現在只能從Violet UK來找X Japan的影子了
